Doorstep Report brings property records and area information together as a research aid. Use the findings to guide further enquiries and check the exact address before relying on a report.

Check the records and their coverage

Records can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Estimates and predictions are not measured or verified property facts. Postcode-area findings do not establish what applies to an individual building or its legal boundary. An empty result does not show that a risk or restriction is absent.

A report is not a survey, legal search, title register, valuation, insurance assessment or confirmation of planning consent. Verify material findings against current records and seek appropriate professional advice before making a property decision.

Maps and exterior imagery

Street View shows nearby outdoor imagery, which may be older or depict a different building. It does not identify an individual flat or establish the condition, ownership or boundary of a property.

Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy. Keep displayed copyright and attribution notices with the content.

Saved reports

Saved reports preserve the information and check dates shown when they were generated. They do not update automatically. Flood alerts and other conditions can change; check current information before taking action. Exterior images are displayed separately and are not included in saved report data or PDF downloads.
