Privacy & data.

Property searches are sent to our server and the data services needed to retrieve records. We use your postcode and selected address to make those requests.

When you choose Save report, your report is saved privately. An essential secure cookie lets this browser access your reports for up to one year. Remove reports in Saved reports before clearing that cookie; clearing browser data loses access but does not delete the stored copies. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Google Maps and imagery

Property thumbnails load outdoor Street View imagery from Google as result cards come into view and when you open a property or report. This sends the displayed address and browser information to Google. Images may be older or show a nearby building; they do not identify an individual flat. We do not copy these images into saved reports or PDF downloads.

Opening Map & nearby in a report loads Google Maps and shares the displayed location and browser information with Google, which may use its own cookies. You can use Hide map to stop displaying it. The sample report shows central Bristol, not a real location for the fictional property. Nearby places come from Google and do not establish school eligibility, walking times or property boundaries.

Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.

How to read your report

Property records can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. Each report explains its coverage and location accuracy. Postcode-based findings describe an area and do not determine the boundaries or risks of an individual property.

Reports are research summaries, not a survey, valuation, title register, legal advice or formal planning assessment. Check current records and take professional advice before making a property decision. See our Terms of use.
